Returns + Exchanges
If you aren't delighted with your item(s) and would like to make an exchange or receive an online store credit, please let us know at email@example.com
. Our regrets, but we do not issue refunds. Please provide your receipt or your order number within thirty (30) days of purchase, as well as your reason for return. We ask that you securely send the product back and will notify you by email when we have approved your request. We do reserve the right to refuse such requests, however.
Damaged or Not-Your Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or a product you didn't actually order (yowzers!) please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at [here]. Be sure to include a picture and we will make it right, stat. We will gladly cover the return shipping cost as well.
You can change your mind about your purchase! Please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing [here] with your request. We are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been shipped to you.
