Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once shipped, we approximate delivery within 3-5 business days within Canada. You can track the whereabouts of your order using your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Once we've shipped your order with a kiss and farewell, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Once your order is shipped, any issues that arise (such as delays, damages or missing packages) must be coordinated between yourself and the shipping company.
